Did You Know?

Susie Castillo was crowned Miss Massachusetts USA in 2002. She attended Eagle U in 2003 and went on to win Miss USA 2003 and placed in the top 15 in Miss Universe 2003. In 2004, she made guest appearances on the following shows: On-Air with Ryan Seacrest, My Wife and Kids, and Half & Half. Susie made her feature-film debut as Diana Flores in Disney’s Underdog. She is a spokeswoman for Neutrogena and is now a regular MTV VJ and host of Total Request Live. She will host the new ABC Family reality show America’s Prom Queen. Look for Susie’s book which comes out in July: Confidence is Queen: The Four Keys to Unleashing Ultimate Beauty Through Positive Thinking.





Jonathan Cook attended Eagle U in 2006. He is the lead singer for the band Forever the Sickest Kids, which has recently signed with Universal Motown Records Group and will be touring for the next 2-3 years. The band’s newest album Underdog Alma Mater will be released April 29, 2008.






Erin Weston-Myers attended Eagle U in 1997 and 2001. At Eagle U, she met the love of her life, and they are now married. She danced 2 years with the Radio City Rockettes and then went on to open Simply Pilates, a successful studio located in the heart of Nashville, TN. Her studio has attracted such diverse populations as professional dancers to senior citizens to mothers, and offers private and class instruction in mat and equipment Pilates exercises.





Patrick Bannan attended Eagle U and Eagle U Masters and has been a beloved Team Leader for several programs. He pursued his passion for creativity and art, graduating with a BS in Media Arts and Animation from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh in 2006. His passion for art and contributing to socially responsible endeavors led him to be a part of the prototype phase of PeaceMaker, a computer game that is inspired by real events in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. He is now the lead artist for ImpactGames.





Amanda Pennekamp was crowned Miss South Carolina 2004. She attended Eagle U in 2004 and then went on to place first runner-up in Miss USA 2004, win Miss Earth USA 2006, become a Top 16 Finalist in Miss Earth (of 82 countries). Amanda is currently living in Las Vegas, Nevada, where she is a Red Carpet Entertainment Correspondent, works as a model, and hosts the V Fixxx for the Vegas Entertainment Network.
